Terms of service

Bloom Budget ("the service") is a personal project run by Valentino Mettifogo, a private individual based in Italy. By using it you accept these terms.

The service

The service is free. It is provided for personal expense tracking and is not financial, tax or legal advice. Any decision you make based on the numbers shown in the app is your own.

Your account and content

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• You own the content you add. You allow the service to store and show it to the members of the spaces you share it with, which is needed to make the service work.
• Do not use the service for illegal purposes, to store other people's data without a right to do so, or to try to access data that is not yours.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable, contain errors or lose data. Keep your own copy of anything important — you can export your transactions as CSV at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss of data, profit or other damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Suspension and closure

I may suspend accounts that break these terms, and I may change or shut down the service. If the service is going to close, I will try to give reasonable notice so you can export your data. You can delete your account at any time from Account.

Privacy

How personal data is handled is described in the privacy notice.

Changes and governing law
